What is the I.W.O.?

The I.W.O. was founded by Emma Zale in 1987. The I.W.O. helps women with all aspects of the music/entertainment business. Getting talented artists and musicians the recognition they deserve is a major goal of the organization. Through their sponsorship of various concert events, charity fund-raisers, seminar workshops,publication of self-awareness literature and group meetings, the I.W.O. helps members to build the confidence needed to grow within their respective fields.

Members have every opportunity to network and be supported by others in similiar positions within the entertainment industry.
